Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Applicable terms depend on the selected service and the confirmed conditions of the relevant travel suppliers.
Cancellation by the Traveller
Cancellation and amendment terms vary by service, supplier and booking type. Applicable terms will be shared with you before any booking is confirmed. MPStays.in will assist with eligible cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee a fixed outcome or timeline unless confirmed in writing.
Non-Refundable Components
Certain components — including but not limited to airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and non-refundable hotel bookings — may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline. These will be clearly indicated in your booking confirmation before you proceed.
Cancellation by MPStays.in
If MPStays.in is unable to facilitate a confirmed service for reasons within its reasonable control, the available resolution will be communicated according to the confirmed quotation, applicable service terms, amounts received by MPStays.in and relevant third-party provider policies.
Force Majeure
MPStays.in is not liable for cancellations or changes arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government travel advisories, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with suppliers to recover amounts where possible.
Refund Processing
Refund eligibility and processing timelines depend on supplier rules and payment processing. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. MPStays.in will keep you informed of progress but cannot guarantee a fixed refund timeline unless confirmed in writing.
Amendment Charges
Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, destinations, passenger details) may attract amendment fees from suppliers in addition to any MPStays.in service charges. All amendment requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
